Delete my account

Delete your Batlr account and all the data that goes with it.

What gets deleted

Your account and your sign-in credentials
Your restaurant's data
Your guest book and your reservation history
Your floor plan and its configuration
Your team's data
Your Pack Pro subscription, if you have one (cancelled automatically)

Note: billing records are kept for 10 years, as French law requires, and then deleted automatically.

How to delete your account

From the app (recommended)

Open Batlr → Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion takes effect immediately.

By email

Send an email to privacy@batlr.app with the subject “Account deletion” and the email address linked to your account. We will handle your request within 30 days.
