Is Batlr really free?
Yes. The Batlr app is entirely free for core features: reservations, floor plan, customer database, and team management. No subscription, no commitment, and no cover limit.
What devices does Batlr work on?
Batlr is optimized for iPad and iPhone. An iPad is recommended for day-to-day in-service management.
How can I import my existing data?
We can help you migrate your data from another tool. Contact us at support@batlr.app to set up the import.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. You can request account deletion at any time from the Account deletion page, or by writing to privacy@batlr.app.

If you encounter a technical issue with the app, please send an email to support@batlr.app with the following details:
- Your device model (iPad, iPhone)
- Your iOS / iPadOS version
- A clear description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the bug
